The Buoy is a soft, stretchy silicone ring, designed to keep the wearer harder for longer. Its thick and soft silicone keeps the testicles down and keeps the testes from contracting, thus slowing down ejaculation. This small-sized Buoy has an unstretched internal diameter of almost 18 mm for a tight fit.

Brian K. ★★★★★

I've tried a few rings and this silicone one actually stays put without pinching. The thickness keeps everything in place way longer than I expected, and cleanup is a breeze.

Thomas ★★★★★

Wasn't sure about the thickness at first but that's exactly what keeps everything in place without pinching. Stayed comfortable through a long evening and I definitely noticed the difference in how long I lasted.

Mia U. ★★★★★

Didn't expect the thick silicone to make this much difference, but the fit holds everything down without pinching. Stayed comfortable through a long evening, which is more than I can say for the thinner rings I've tried.
